Terms of Use for ReinShots Studio

Welcome to ReinShots Studio. By accessing our website, installing our Progressive Web Application (PWA), or using the ReinShots Studio software (collectively, "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. License Grant

ReinShots grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access, install, and use the App on your devices (including desktop browsers, mobile phones, and tablets) solely for your personal and commercial app development design workflows in accordance with these Terms.

3. Perpetual Pro License (One-Time Purchase)

ReinShots Studio offers a paid "Pro Perpetual License" via a one-time purchase.

Lifetime Ownership: "Perpetual" or "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the ReinShots Studio application version purchased, allowing you indefinitely continued offline access on your machine without recurring monthly SaaS subscriptions.
Merchant of Record: All purchases are processed by our authorized merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds, billing inquiries, and transaction terms are subject to Lemon Squeezy's consumer terms and refund policies.
License Restrictions: A single Pro license key is intended for use by the individual purchasing developer or design team entity. You may not resell, share, publish, or publicly distribute your license key to unauthorized third parties.

4. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

Your Content: ReinShots does not claim any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over the images, screenshots, captions, or mockup designs you upload or export using the App. You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all assets generated by you.
Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any trademarks, logos, app icons, or graphics you import into ReinShots Studio comply with applicable copyright laws and app store developer guidelines (such as Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Store policies).
Our Intellectual Property: The ReinShots Studio software, code, user interface, branding, and proprietary layout calculation engines remain the exclusive intellectual property of ReinShots and its licensors.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the proprietary layout algorithms or licensing verification mechanisms of the App.
Use the App to generate automated spam, malicious content, or fraudulent app store listings.
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding associated with the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure 100% offline reliability and exact 4K pixel compliance with Apple and Google app store requirements, we do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across all browser environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReinShots, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation loss of profits, data, app store review rejection delays, or business interruption—arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
